**Student registrants must be enrolled in post-secondary institutions on at least a half-time basis. Non Profit registrants must be full-time employees of incorporated charitable organizations.

- Cancel 90 days in advance of the conference – full refund except for $75 administration fee
- Cancel 89 – 60 days in advance of the conference – 75% refund
- Cancel 59 – 30 days in advance of the conference – 50% refund
- Cancel less than 30 days before the conference – no refund
If you wish to transfer your conference registration to a colleague. You can do that at no additional charge. Let us know your name and your email, and your colleagues name and your colleagues email.
